All the surfaces like knives are made of materials suitable for food production, such as hygienic stainless steel. Optionally per request the blades can be coated with teflon for a longer sharpness life span.
The machine works quietly and with minimal vibrations thanks to it being a manual lever action machine. The machine is easily moved around thanks to the wheels attached on the bottom of the machine.
You can find a special attachment for easy and quick manual packing of the bread at the top of the machine.
The machine needs only 0,6 m2 space on the table and supports 220 and 380 V.
