The machine has different height options for the top conveyor belt. The higher the bread is, the higher need to be the belt otherwise the bread will be torn or squished. You can adjust it manually by scrolling the round black lever located at the top of the machine.
All the surfaces like knives are made of materials suitable for food production, such as hygienic stainless steel. Optionally per request the blades can be coated with teflon for a longer sharpness life span. Ramp length is 1m long and it is detachable for implementing the machine in a conveyer.
The machine has a built-in rubber belt instead of a chain to provide the machine with less vibrations and higher level of stability alongside. Also, the machine can be easily moved around thanks to the wheels attached on the bottom of the machine.
