The main features of the FİMAK Rokon rotary convection oven are even heat distribution, high-efficiency operation, and consistent air circulation. With the ELITE and CLASSIC models, different design options are offered while maintaining the same cooking performance. Thanks to its specially designed heating elements, air circulation system, and minimal heat loss through the chimney, it enables achieving the desired product characteristics with lower energy consumption. With the cassette steam system, a high level of steam is generated, ensuring that each product comes into sufficient contact with steam. In addition to dozens of standard recipes available on the machine, special recipes prepared on a similar machine can be easily transferred to another machine via USB support. The optional touchscreen panel provides ease of faster recipe creation and adjustments, along with a visually appealing design through its color capacitive display. Furthermore, thanks to process control, cooking can be carried out in four different phases. Rokon rotary convection ovens are available in both electric and gas models.
