The main features of the FİMAK Front Burner Rotary Oven are uniform heat distribution, high-efficiency operation, and regular circulation. Thanks to the burner and fire chamber positioned at the front section, improved heat transfer enables higher performance. In this way, products with the desired characteristics can be obtained using less energy compared to its counterparts. The combustion chamber is manufactured from high-quality, heat-resistant stainless steel. With its dual-direction cassette steam system, a high level of steam is generated, ensuring that each tray is sufficiently supplied.
