The main features of the FIMAK Electric Rotary Rack Bread Oven are even heat distribution, high-efficiency operation, and regular air circulation. Thanks to its specially designed heating elements, air circulation system, and the absence of heat loss through the chimney, it enables the production of desired-quality products with less energy. With its dual-direction cassette steam system, a high level of steam is generated and each tray is adequately supplied. The hood and exhaust fan on the oven prevent steam from spreading into the production area. The chassis, baking chamber, and baking chamber door are entirely made of stainless steel.
